MCSL (HONG KONG) LIMITED has started by Michael Chan and Sandy Lai since 2016.  Prior to the startup of MCSL, our principle partners have worked in various international architectural firms , interior design offices and high profile developers in Hong Kong for many years. Michael Chan has practiced as an Architect in Aedas, Ronald Lu & Partners, RMJM, he has participated in numerous of Hotel, Residential, Master Planning Projects in Hong Kong and China, notable projects are Holiday Inn Nanjing, Kuntai Hotel Beijing, City University of Hong Kong.   Sandy Lai was a Design Manager in Lanecrawford, Woods Bagot & HBA, she has worked in this industry for a number of years, and she has come across with a variety of challenging projects, such as Lanecrawford Chengdu, Lanecraford Hong Kong, Intercontinental Hotel Hong Kong...etc.   We are a young group of experienced professionals who are  experienced in a diversity of projects: Retail, Office, Residential, F&B, Hospitality, Serviced Aparment...etc.

Our recent projects mainly focused on Shopping Mall F&B Redevelopment with local developers, Retail Rebranding Project with a cake shop franchise and  High-End Residential Interior Design & Build Projects, and Residential Lobby Renovation.

MCSL (HONG KONG LIMITED 干2016年由Michael Chan 陈尚伟及Sandy Lai 黎静霞创办, MCSL设计事务所成立前, 我司的主要伙伴曾于香港多间国际建筑事务所, 室内设计公司, 发展商内工作多年。 Michael Chan 曾干Aedas, 吕元祥建筑师事务所，RMJM担任主任建筑师, Michael 曾參與多個國內及香港的酒店,住宅,總平面規劃設計項目, 如南京假日酒店, 北京昆泰酒店, 香港城市大學。Sandy Lai曾干连卡佛, Woods Bagot, HBA 担任设计经理, Sandy已從事多年有關室內設計工作, 曾參與多個具挑戰性作品, 如成都连卡佛商場, 香港連连卡佛商場, 香港洲際酒店。我们是一群年轻又经验丰富的专业人士, 崇尚并追求设计卓越。

我们目前主要办理的项目为本地發展商集团的室内商业改造项目, 高级连锁式饼店室内设计及其品牌改造, 高尚住宅的室内设计。
